3. Contract Formation
3.1. A legally binding contract between you and us is created when we send a confirmed booking email or SMS, which includes booking number, itinerary, passenger count, fare, vehicle type, date/time and pickup location.
3.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings that are fraudulent, incomplete, or where pricing errors occurred.
4. Booking Process
4.1. You must provide accurate personal, payment, contact and trip details when booking.
4.2. You acknowledge that bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
5. Passenger Eligibility
5.1. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
5.2. If booking on behalf of others, you confirm you have authority to bind all passengers to these Terms.
6. Fares, Fees & Payment
6.1. Quoted Price: Fare shown at booking is payable subject to any later adjustments for extras, tolls, waiting time or cancellation fees.
6.2. Taxes and Charges: All applicable taxes are included unless stated otherwise.
6.3. Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards at the time of booking or in advance through our secure payment system.
6.4. Pre-Authorization: Where permitted, we may pre-authorize your card before the trip.
6.5. Failed Payments: We may cancel bookings if payment cannot be processed.
7. Changes to Bookings
7.1. You may modify your booking subject to availability. Fare differences and fees may apply.

8. Cancellation Policy

10. Service Standards
10.1. We strive for high quality and punctual service, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other factors beyond our control.
10.2. We are not liable for delays, inconvenience or consequential losses.
11. Passenger Conduct
11.1. Passengers must behave respectfully. We may refuse service for abusive or unsafe behavior.
11.2. Smoking, alcohol consumption or illegal substances are prohibited in vehicles.
12. Children & Special Requirements
12.1. Child seats/boosters may be requested and may incur additional charges.
12.2. Passengers with special medical needs should contact us in advance. We may not be equipped for certain medical transports unless explicitly arranged.
13. Chauffeur Partners & Vehicles
13.1. Vehicles and drivers provided by independent partners.
13.2. Drivers maintain legal licenses and insurance as required by law.
13.3. We do not warrant individual driver performance beyond reasonable standards.
14. Liability and Limitation
14.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to direct damages up to the value of the booking fare.
14.2. We shall not be liable for indirect, special, consequential or exemplary damages.
15. Privacy & Data Protection
15.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15.2. By using our Service, you consent to the processing of data as described.
16. Intellectual Property
16.1. Content on the website and app is protected by copyright and related rights.
16.2. Use of our trademarks or content outside these Terms requires written permission.
17. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
